Founded in 2018, Ezra wasn’t able to grow their bookings through 2023 as their paid channels were stagnant.
Toco took over their channel management (paid social and PPC), tracking and landing page optimisation. We introduced a rapid creative testing framework, agile state level budget management and improved their landing pages.

Ayu Cosmetics

Ayu is a vegan cosmetics brand set up by renowned makeup artist Suzie O'Neill.
Email is a strong sales channel for Ayu, however their welcome journey didn’t reflect the brand and their BAU campaigns were disjointed visually.
Toco restructured their welcome flow and developed a new Klaviyo email template for their BAU campaigns.
With those actions, we’ve increased the % of customers placing an order from the welcome flow from 3.8% to 10.2%.
